Big companies like Microsoft face the challenge of finding paths to fully leverage the breadth of knowledge and talent that lies within their walls. By creating compelling ways to collaborate through brainstorming and workshops, Odeline helped multi-disciplinary teams solve complex problems in an innovative way. Example of a problem tackled: “How might we encourage seedlings of ideas to join our incubation charter?”
Going virtual during the COVID pandemic
A challenging situation can be turned into a fruitful opportunity
Bringing people together without being able to get them in the same physical room appeared to be a challenge at first. This challenging situation turned out to be a great incentive to discover new ways to collaborate remotely. Indeed, Odeline got to explore new ways to brainstorm, leveraging tools like MURAL or FIGMA, and created new tools and framework for people around the world to collaborate, synchronously and asynchronously, regardless of their geographic situation and time zone.
